Just another custom to go with my storyline of the Joes battle with Cobra.

I always liked the original Cobra Commander. He was always ruthless and it always drove the G.I. Joe team crazy in their attempts at stopping him.

In one of my new Dio-stories: Operation Hostile Takeover, Cobra Commander takes control of the world by installing a new computer system that controls vehicles and it is up to a small contingent of Joes to stop them.
