I wanted to give the Night Vulture a more traditional Cobra look. I have been doing a lot of RIT dyeing and this one came out great! I see Night Vultures as solo specialists who infiltrate facilities to steal technology or take a hostage back to Cobra for a bargaining chip. Night vultures don't just open fire in a conflict; they are thinkers and will hide or subdue others silently if they interfere. Firing a gun and attracting attention is the last thing they want to do.
