2 modified Hiss 1, modified Hiss 2, modified Demon, Cobra Adder, capsule from Vector Jet, aluminum painted tower from Price, self-made facility with two floors, parking space surrounded by brick wall, 5 die-cast cars scale 1:18, several structures made from different plastic parts, artificial plants, several robot figures as well as 81 figures from Hasbro, Lanard, Chap-Mei and others
The diorama is divided into a right part with a building containing the time travel machine and a part which is the future where the time travel crew ends up. The building with the time travel machine is disguised as facility of a EDP company, although guarded by special police troops. The time travel machine itself is made of several acrylic CD boxes and blue and red tooth brush boxes. The main control tool consists of a capsule from Vector Jet. Besides the building is equipped with several fantasy tools, office furniture made of business card boxes and seats from die-cast cars. The whole building is illuminated by 40 small electric Christmas candles. The left part of the diorama represents a dark future landscape where a gang of Cobra Vipers rules supported by a battalion of red fighters and several robots. In my collection stored at Photobucket under user klausmerkel it can be seen that the time machine contains five figures and that this exact group appears on the far right of the left side of the diorama. I got the idea of the time machine from Crichton' s novel Timeline and from remembering the very old TV series Time Tunnel. The advantage of this diorama is in the possibility of combining a present-day scenery with a very different past or future scenery.
