I honestly never thought I'd do a Crankcase custom. Given the relatively small size of the Joe team in my dioverse, I thought they had plenty of vehicle specialists. But after I saw the unreleased card art for "Clutch" that appeared on eBay a while back (looking distinctly like Crankcase), I knew I needed a version of the character.

The custom had started as a desert outfit for Clutch, but with some minor mods (shortening the torso slightly and adding a neck ball to the shaven Greenshirt head), it was easily adapted for Crankcase.
