~~The Cobra Krylon is another chapter in the everlasting pursuit for Cobra Commander to save money anyway he can. Cobra Commander decided to try and place a working unit based on nothing but captured and stolen vehicles.

This specific vehicle was acquired during a battle with the Joes that cost the Commander several troops. The Ironic thing about that was that Destro actually acquired the plans for the RHINO months prior to the battle, but decided to let the Commander go through with his plans to steal one. Destro felt bad for the loss of the troops and decided to secretly pay the families of the fallen soldiers a small sum of money. It is unknown what the amount was.~~
