This started as just a slap-together LBC to have something to represent the character...a placeholder, more or less, but the more I looked at him, the more I dug the simplicity of the design. So I applied a little paint and a custom "Dixie" flag decal to tie it together better.

Since I have absolutely no plans to use the H.A.V.O.C. in my Joeverse, Cross Country will likely end up the designated driver for the R.O.C.C.
