Head: Cobra Commander Armor

Design Notes: I got a Spawn "Angel" figure that came with a bunch of accessories for $2, and thought that I'd make up a regal-looking Cobra Commander with the truly useless (to this point) Cobra Commander head and Serpentor body that were sitting at the bottom of my bag of custom fodder.

Then tragedy struck. The internal bolt casing collapsed, and I had to glue the figure together. The glue ran, and fixed the arms into place. When I tried to move the arms they broke off. To make matters worse, I accidentally glued one of the legs together so one of the leg joints doesn't move either. Holding the torso together with the vise also put a large crack in the torso. This may have been the worst series of screwups I've ever made on a custom.
