Establishing his dominance once and for all, Cobra Commander seized control of Cobra Island and the organization he had founded. Purging the old guard and recruiting fanatics, the Commander rules as Emperor, his soldiers and subjects willing to die to do the will of their lord and commander. This has lead Cobra to become a very serious threat to US interests home and abroad, as Cobra agents will stop at nothing to accomplish their goals.
