I never liked the Black Out figure because of the color scheme. I did like the idea of a Cobra sniper so I made my own version of him. I had a few extra Overkill heads lying around due to all the Night Vipers I made and I like the idea of the mask. I used one like that when I served, not red of course but same thing. I also gave him a helmet with night vision on it for when he is getting into position at night.
