No relation to the GI Joe character of the same name, although he does serve the same function. As soon as I saw the Hard Drive figure, I envisioned him as an updated version of Breaker. The only change was to the arms, which I wanted for my custom of Space Force leader Skyraider; I replaced them with more realistically military Beach Head arms. I then painted the Dial Tone backpack (my all-time favourite backpack by the way, if anybody's running a poll) and added it on. It's missing the mouthpiece, but since there's one moulded to the hat, it doesn't seem to matter.
