This is a little different than the original Wheels, as he wore a hooded cap and goggles. Although I kept the red-tinted goggles, I used the Hawk helmet to update him to a 'rally driver' look. The rest of the body was simply spare bits and bobs as the rest of the original figure is relatively anonymous, with no outstanding features to replicate.
