Ah, Skeletron, the man of mystery; the final mail order-only figure in the Action Force vs. Red Shadows range, and quite the maddest thing ever to emerge from Action Force (and that's up against the Muton and the Kraken). The best thing about the wilder parts of the range is that you can use up parts from figures such as Overkill and BAT that would otherwise lie unloved and unwanted in the parts box forevermore. As with the Muton, this fellow sat about in my custom tin for some time, fully assembled but rather lacking a head. Then Chap Mei came up with an evil skeleton sorcerer that was exactly what I was looking for. Back in the 1980s, my Skeletron came without a filecard (something that wasn't unique, although I have heard that some came with a few biographical details on a piece of paper). I put the filecard together from the speculation that I have seen on Action Force websites, basing the central conceit on the fact that nobody seems to know just what the devil he was supposed to be.
