I'd been holding on to the Firefly legs for a version of the Devils' Due character Mariner, But when that idea fell by the wayside, it seemed only fair that they be transferred to a member of Q Force, and Surfer seemed the best option. I kept the face partially covered in reference to the original figure. The Skimmer itself was a very lazy custom. I only used the gun on the front to cover up the Cobra logo, otherwise it was simply perfect as it was.
