Number 8 of 20 in my Team South America project

Eco-Force anybody? Hardly the most popular part of the Joe legacy, but I though it might be fun. The original figure was a repaint of Dee-Jay, and assembling replacement parts was tricky. The head was the most difficult part, until I realised that the Tunnel Rat Spy Troops gear was actually supposed to be a Toxo-Viper disguise, so it seemed appropriate. It's also nice to find a use for parts of that rather odd 'sci-fi' version of Heavy Duty. I've toned down some of the colours slightly (no fluorescents today, thank you), but I couldn't resist throwing in a bit of pointless pink for good measure.
