He has, let's just say ...acquired the aide of a major military supply company to develop a newer, more heavily armed version of the very successful and popular Stinger and Stinger Mark II. It has a weight of just over 3.4 tons and an off road speed of 80mph. It can carry 3 fully armed soldiers and sports 2 side mounted 30mm that rotate 15 degrees out. It also totes 6 rear mounted short range R-23 rockets as well as well as a roof mounted medium range rocket launcher capable of delivering 6 X04 rockets. Cobra has ordered as many as 150 of these Stinger MKIII's to date and will put them on the front line of and urban conflict with the Joes. COBRAAAAA!
