Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, Head of Hydra.

I wanted a definitive foe to go with my Nick Fury figure. After taking the head off the Guillotine figure, I imagined it without the moustache and with a monocle and thought it would suit Strucker perfectly. I wasn't sure which version to make, but then I found the picture of him on the Marvel website and decided to go with the cross between the HYDRA costume and the SS uniform. I may revisit this character and do the green outfit from the end of the first run of the comics, with the Satan Claw.

As with Nick Fury, I have added Strucker to my Joe-Verse. Cobra has always been the more public face of HYDRA. AIM is the parent company of MARS, supplying them with the weapons technology for a large percentage of the profits. After Cobra Commander's disastrous time in charge, Baron Strucker has had a purge and imprisoned the "world class buffoon", making the far nastier and more capable Sebastian Bludd his second in command.
