Two clearance-priced R.E.V.s Rumblefists from Big Lots, and a couple of specially-designed chest labels. (In short, a couple of pretty cheap customs, but I had fun coming up with them and the backstory.)

Impressed by the versatility of the B.A.T. v.7, and feeling that he needed a personal bodyguard that he could completely trust, Cobra Commander actually took courses in robotics and computer programming, and then commissioned two Cobra B.A.T. v.7's (with the original design head) to be made especially for his use. They were given an entirely different color scheme, a pale steel blue, almost the bare color of the material used, with a limited amount of Cobra Blue trim. Cobra Commander gave them gold-toned chest-plates with a Cobra insignia surrounded by rather royal-looking laurels. The two B.A.T.s were made from a far stronger material than most B.A.T.s. Cobra Commander then programmed them himself. They are unable to receive outside signals, and they respond only to his spoken voice. They have been programmed to discern the difference between Cobra Commander's voice and a recorded duplication, and have been programmed to detect high stress levels in the Commander's voice which might indicate that he is being coerced in some way. These two B.A.T.s have been fully programmed in armed and unarmed combat. They exist for one purpose - to protect and defend the person of Cobra Commander at all costs, against any threat whatsoever.

From General Hawk's Files: "Honestly, we're not too worried about encountering these two on the battlefield. That's not what they were built for. It might make capturing him a bit more difficult, but they're probably nothing that having a tank run over them can't deal with. If Cobra Commander is so insecure in his own headquarters and wherever else he spends time that he felt the need to have these two monstrosities built, that's his business. Most people settle for a teddy bear."
