Doc has always been one of my favorite Joes and I really couldn't wait for them to do him up proper in the fantastic new 25th Anniversary style.

Knowing the original figure shared some parts with Duke, I used him as a base.

I'd made this head initially for my new-sculpt Doc custom, so I knew it would work for this guy, too. A little RIT dye (on the head and the lower arms) and some delicate detail work on the glasses and it was most of the way there. Adapting it for a 25th figure has become old hat by this point.

The paint I used was the desert tan flat camo version of the Krylon Fusion I've been using on all my 25th customs. It seems to work like a charm.
