All: VvV Cobra Commander (Black uniform)

I have always seen Cobra Commander as a dangerous terrorist mastermind type of leader, not the cowardly type that was portrayed in the cartoons. In that sense, I see him occasionally leading his troops from the front (when it suits him).

I've been wanting to make several environment-themed versions of Cobra Commander for a while now. Upon examining the VvV version of CC, I noticed that it would make a great Arctic uniform in the right colors.

It is a simple repaint, but I'm quite happy with it.
