Now that Cobra has an arctic version of their main vehicle (HISS), I decided to give the Joes a winter adapted VAMP. I find it ironic that my custom cobra stinger is made from a GI JOE vamp and my SNOWCAT is made from a COBRA stinger.

Riding in the new Snowcat is Commander Flint and a new JOE recruit codenamed Snowbunny. I hope Lady Jaye isn't looking.
