First of all, I hate "soft goods". You know, cloth on plastic figures. I replace it at every opportunity. Also, the head sculpt for Serpentor is too... polite. I wanted a more imposing face for the Emperor with the DNA of the biggest bad-asses in history. The head was a little bit too small for the helmet, so there is some sculpey up in there for padding, and it's glued on permanently. But the face fits perfectly, and that's what counts.
