General Persecution was once a highly decorated Military Prosecutor in the German Army. He won every trail he was in and never lost a case. He even put away soldiers that were totally innocent. He was ruthless in his quest to prove defendants guilty until proven innocent. Eventually he was kicked out the Army for his ruthless tactics.
Destro hired him to be his legal advisor but the General is a soldier at heart and longed for the thrill of battle. Destro assigned him to the IG Assault Squad as second in command to the Iron Barron.
