The Cobra Executioner is called upon when Cobra Commander needs to make an example out of an insubordinate Trooper. The Cobra Executioner never speaks and doesn't play well with others, but when all you do is sharpen the edge of your axe all day people tend to steer clear of you. Especially if they're not sure if they will be his next victim. Some believe he is responsible for Troopers that have mysteriously gone missing, though nothing has been proven yet.
