Well I have been working on my Jungle squad led by Gung Ho and decided that they needed some support. Dust Off is the pilot that ferries them on their missions to destroy the hidden Cobra outposts. Not only is he an accomplished helicopter pilot, but he is also a highly trained United States Marine so he was obviously Gung Ho's first choice when he went looking for a pilot. He is wearing the thicket green uniform of Gung Ho's squad.
