In making this custom, I started out trying to make a better Ice Cream Soldier. I had extra Incinerator and Night Creeper Leader parts lying around, that matched the colors of Ice Cream Soldier's orange, so that's the direction I took.

I originally planned to recolor the waist and legs all orange, but it came to my mind that I never made a custom Tiger Force figure, and the camo looked Tiger Force-like.

In the end, I decided to rename this custom, and make it into an entirely new character for the joe team.
