Zartan is a master of disguise, a formidable martial artist, unmatched at archery and in command of the Dreadnok biker gang.

Zartan is my favourite character of all Joe related stuff, and was the first of the minimate customs I made. As soon as I had made him, it opened the floodgates to customize loads more of the little guys. I also felt obliged to rock up a chamelion swamp skier for him too, made predominantly from the Riddler minimate flyer. DREADNOKS RULE!
