The greatest enemy of The Batman, serial killer, vandal, anarchist, self-described "Agent of Chaos." Believes with his whole heart that the only sensible way to live is without rules, and is perfectly willing to die to bring about a world in his own image. One of the most unstable, unpredictable, and dangerous men alive.


This is a sort of combination of several Jokers. I initially had him as the Alex Ross Joker, with tux and short slicked back hair, but after I saw The Dark Knight, and The Batman (cartoon), both of which featured a Joker with long hair, I felt a change was in order.
