Legs: Ninja Battles Shadow Strike, slight modifications to toes
Helmet: BBI standard army helmet with all mods made with Sewing Pattern Plastic
Shoulder pads: SHS wolverine with Sewing Pattern Plastic blades

I haven't figured out any way for the Ninja Turtles themselves to make an appearance (and how do you make a GI Joe sized custom of them, anyway? And Splinter is even more difficult!), but The Shredder was a must! After all, Red Ninjas abound in Gi Joe. I figured I'd just "unparody" the Foot Clan, and make Shredder leader of The Hand (which is also the red ninjas for me. I didn't need three ninja clans dressed in red running around). I'm also toying with the idea of making him Firefly's father...

And like most of my non-superpowered bad guys, the Shredder makes a great Batman foil! The Batman has so few genuine physical threats, it's good to grab more from different sources.

I still need to go back and add the shin guards, and maybe sand down the still visible cobra symbol on the waist piece. One of these days when I have lots of time...
