Design:

This isn't a custom figure so much as a "proof of concept" figure that I ended up fully painted. Instead of using spray paint as a base, I used acrylics with super glue mixed in. This is the chipping-resistant recipe of another board member, so I thought I'd give it a try. The results were pretty good, but the shoulders still chipped quite a bit- maybe even more than with spray paint.

The Storm Shadow/Roadblock parts happened to match up with each other in terms of scale, so I used them.

Colors:

This figure might have worked just as well in dark blue, but I like the look of the slate blue/grey for a change. I later used this color (though a spray paint version) to make another custom, Deadfall.

To reduce the "ninja" look of the upper body, I painted the sash thing around the neck in a metallic color to make it look more like a decorate piece of clothing. Painting the wrapped wrists/hands in black also downplayed the look.
