Chain: 25th Anniversary Torch (trimmed off of vest)

I just wanted to remake the Ninja Force Zartan from 1993. I have mixed feelings on this figure. I like the mohawk and leather jacket but had a problem with the neon green pants and bright orange hair. In my 25th upgrade, I made the hair color a bit darker along with the pants (which have a flat finish). The Ninja Force Zartan was the second version of Zartan since he first came out in 1984. It's because of this, I felt he should be the next to be made into a 25th Anniversary version.
