I never cared for the character of Chuckles as a kid. I couldn't understand why a guy in a Hawaiian shirt would fool Cobra, especially packing a gun and a knife. What I didn't understand or appreciate then was that Chuckles looks pretty much the way you'd expect an agency guy to look much of the time he's in the field.

I've since come to love the guy.

The custom itself was a pretty straightforward effort. Lots of paint detail. But finding a head that looked so much like Tim Roth was a real bonus, mostly because Roth portrayed my all-time favorite undercover guy, Mr. Orange in Reservoir Dogs.

The bonus custom of Chuckles in his agent's suit is an homage to Roth, bearing his likeness from the Hulk line.

I figure Chuckles would need an extensive wardrobe to do what he does.
