1983 Polar Bear Snowmobile

In my mind (and as stated in the JoeCanuck.com wiki), Cobra North is the "Canadian" Cobra faction, run by Black Ice. I have visions of all the vehicles Cobra North, and the Canadian Joes have - and I know full well that 99.9% of them will never become a possibility.

Obviously those Cobra North troops need more than just a H.A.T.E. to move around in. A fleet of Snowmobiles would make perfect sense in the winter-esq climates of Canada - and it's cold winter months. The decals were all leftovers from the 2009 Canadian Joe Con stuff (Hate, Dead Eye, Bonus Sheet, etc) as well.
