This is my first custom in about four years and I admit I forgot most of what I learned back then, but I don't think he turned out too badly!

The Officer is meant to have distinct connections to the Trooper, while not just being a recolor. He's a little bit more mobile and has some better equipment, so that's got to give him an ego. That's always a good quality to find in your leadership.

I really wanted to add the "V" rank on him, but the more I thought about it and how Resolute is shaping up as a more tactical, realistic approach to Joe, I realized how silly it was. A terrorist faction wouldn't want expert snipers picking off their leadership as soon as the mission starts. The rank and file know if someone's screaming orders at them, they'd better listen so they wouldn't outwardly display who's in charge of the attack. So, at this moment, they're not included.
