This was a fairly simple custom, in which I just took various parts from various Cobra Commander and put them together to make a slightly better Cobra Commander.
When I think Cobra Commander, I think of a blue collar worker fighting for the under privileged people of the nation and world. He doesn't think of him self as a ruler of the world but a means to and end. So he would not wear gold and other regal colors. He however would put himself out there as a political and military leader for the common folks.
That was kind of the look I was going for.
