These Vipers patrol the Midway, from the cornfields of rural Illinois to the beautiful ski line of downtown Chicago along Lake Michigan.

Always ruthless, these Vipers are homegrown and most carry that thick 'chick-ago' accent. Some from rural towns, like Ellington, just carry the more moderate midwest accent, and really are just good ol' boys.

Illinois is rife with corruption, politically, and Cobra has a heavy presence upon it.
