Joe, got the name Pit Bull because he's fierce and relenteless, small and powerful and once he's got a lock hold on you it's over he doesn't let go until he is commanded to do so. Pit Bull is the captian of the guard for the Military's High Security Prison. The HSP is where war time criminals and terroist are kept under wraps. Cobra opperatives are kept here, along with members of the Black Dragon Clan, Red Shadows Caln and some small time Dreaknok want-a-be's.

Pti Bull takes his job very seriously and is always on watch for prisoners trying to escape.
