Taking a clue from GIJoe, instead of having Legions of untrained soldiers, Lord Serpentor decrees that he will command an elite group of specially trained troops. Each one of these troops are master engineers, who are constantly modifying their weapon's destructive capabilities. Unfortunately these weapons are only effective at a relatively short range due to the massive amount of energy required for such a device.

Please bear in mind, most of my customs are LBC. I don't paint very well, so I pick parts that go good together with little or no paint and to me this just went together perfectly.
