I always thought Decimator was one of the coolest looking Cobra figures, but he's kind of obscure and I doubt Hasbro will make a new one anytime soon. So I sought to update him to the 25th style while toning down his colors just a bit. I was trying to found a parts combo that looked more like the original's helmet, but in the end I settled on this look. I see him as Cobra's answer to Steeler, but with added amphibious expertise.
