Design:

While watching the Sunbow episode "Cobra's Creatures", I decided to make a custom of the snarling and arrogant Dr. Lucifer.

Rather than keeping the labcoat look seen in the episode, I went with the "just the turtleneck" look. The "gloves" are just the lower portion of the Duke arms and the rolled-up sleeves both painted black. This is the same design that I used to make the "gloves" on my ARAH Hotwire custom.

The head is a beret-removed Flint head, which has a perfectly sculpted face to match Dr. Lucifer.

Colors:

My Dr. Knox and Hotwire customs both feature white shirts and blue trousers. It was a coin toss to go with that color scheme or to use the episode's yellow/brown color scheme. The cartoon's color scheme seemed more likely to "sell" the character, so I went with it.

Modifying:

Flint's beret was removed and replaced with hair.

The turtleneck on the Cobra soldier chest was added after the collar was removed.

The Cobra Commander legs looked too "baseball player" and too short, so the pant cuffs were added.
