Cobra Biker Scouts generally roam the forrests in search of Joe. Their modelled after the Empire's Bikers Scouts, of which Cobra Commander is a big fan. A deal was worked out between Cobra Commander and Darth Vader that there could be a free flow of ideas and exchanges if agreed upon in regards to troopers uniforms. In this particular case Cobra recieved the okay to make Biker Scouts of their own and the Empire was able to model a line of Crimson Guard troopers.
