Konstantin Romanov came from a wealthy Moscow family. He enlisted in the navy and became a member of the Black Sea Regiment. Teased with the nickname "Beluga" by his fellow sailors, Konstantin was driven to prove himself. He excelled in underwater demolitions and infiltration. Recruited for the Oktober Guard, he has served with distinction.
