I wanted to make Stormshadow for my Joe updates, but I didn't want to put him in his white uniform that he's always shown in. I took the Overkill head and carved away everything to keep the scarf. I modified the wrists for XD hands. An LBC as far as painting goes. **The scarf is the same color as the red on the uniform, the flash just makes it look orange.
