In the summer of 88, Ecuador released a little known line of Joes. They are extremely rare and hard to find. Iceberg happens to be one of those created.

If you can get your hands on one consider yourself blessed, you're probably looking at a figure that is worth thousands because of it's scarcity.

Apparently in Ecuador the snow is brown, not sure what is up with that.

I originally created this guy with the thought to make him an Ecuadorian trooper with an identity different than that of Iceberg, but then decided to make him simply an Ecuadorian version of Iceberg.
