Cobra's Ice Cutter Tank is the newest vehicle for the Cobra army to wipe out GI Joe from the arctic war. Saw many of the jungle cutter customs but they all look the same. So I made some changes and added the flight pod Trubble Bubble instead for the driver. The driver can eject his pod if the tank is hit or disabled for fast escape from battle with the Joes. The tank's primary weapon is the laser cannon.
