Head gear: Plummers epoxy and wire

I saw a custom female trooper on the Astro Unique website and got the idea for a female communications officer (I think there was one in the comics or cartoon somewhere). The head gear was sculpted from plumbers epoxy and used one of those annoying twist tie wires from toy packaging. (See pic 2 for close up on head gear)
