Entire figure: Broken Arrow Toys kit.

Another entry from the Project 1995 kits.

This is a figure molded from the sculpt of the cancelled 1995 Dr Mindbender. While I feel the head sculpt is great, the rest of the body was not very exciting.

I went with a basic Mindbender color scheme, and added a few colors here and there, but overall this was a forgettable experience.

One cool note was the continuity in the toyline shown here. On this figure, the figures scars match the facial implants of the 1993 Mindbender figure.
