In my ROC story line Zarana is Zartan's sister. She is the leader of the Dreadnoks. Zartan's involvement with Cobra is increasing and he cannot effectively lead the Dreadnoks so he has asked his sister to become their leader.

Zarana is a master of disguise just like her brother.

Her goal is have the Dreadnoks work with Cobra, using Cobra to their advantage to gain training, weapons and contacts to grow the Dreadnoks into a global crime syndicate.
