2002 Ripper with Heavy Duty's bandanna

I liked the "King of the Hill" Ripper, but I still wanted it to be more like the original, so I "backdated" him. Added the chain because he kinda has a "Lobo's Back" look from behind, wish I had a G.I. Joe-scale meathook to add to it.
