Having always been a fan of the Cobra Snow Serpent I thought It was fitting to outfit and update them with some heavy rolling armor. I also added an additional cannon to the right side to beef up the intimidation factor! With its size it balances out the Arctic Cobra Battalion - Ice Cutter & The Arctic H.I.S.S. V1 - to strike fear into the hearts of the ineffective Joe defenses.
