The recipe was inspired by a custom from Violentfix.

Cobra Commander is the leader of a terrorist organization known as Cobra. Master of strategy and tactics, he has developped over years a decent army recruited among America's lumpenproletariat.

As Cobra grew stronger, it developped quite an impressive international network among terrorists and dictators.

For the moment, all of his plans for world domination have failed because of a signle US Special operation force codenamed G.I. Joe.
